Serving Notice in TCS

I have a doubt, as everyone knows TCS deduct the quarterly pay if your RTO is less. I want to know if I am going to get full quarterly pay as I am SERVING NOTICE in TCS. Just curious so that I can plan accordingly not to visit office if I am not eligible due to notice period.
