guys I am serving currently notice period, my manager earlier agree to release me in 45 days but when I put paper , he denied..hr also denied to release even on payout option..My RM told if you want to save the jobs withdraw your resignation or else once accept then can't be back.. finally I got the extension from the company give me offer..now manager not accepting my resignation. Asking to work on company holidays, night shift .extra work pressure..what happened if he not accepted resignation in tool till lwd. Can he extend the notice period as well more than 90 days .pls help to understand
It will be automatically accepted. Raise a complaint against the manager. Read exit policy. They can’t force you to stay. Once papers are put on exit, only you have the option to take it back. Manager has no say. Don’t worry.

Hmm but I don't want this .now he called me and asking that he can give early release as well but I denied as I already taken the extension..this is hight of harrasment as initially denied and forcing for resignation withdraw..once got extension now ready for early release ..I told that I will not..is he now forcefully released..if yes then hcl also provide or wait for my lwd as per notice period
