Trending @Infosys; Serving 4 Years is Mandatory?
For freshers is it mandatory to stay here in Infosys to comeback after few years.. Any one have suggestions..Pls share here

Its compulsary, if you are looking to join back again. But these policies can change over the period, but effective to whom is matter when they change. As of now its 4 years for freshers and laterals 2 years in infy should be must!!

Yes, but this policy is not fixed conmpany can break it if you are talented enough

Don’t think so. I think 1 year is enough post training
