The most incompetent recruiters I have seen in my 10+ years of experience. They do not respond to internal employee referrals nor in Linkedin. Not even sure why they post jobs on their portal when they outright archive the applications after 2-3 months without even reviewing the resumes when they are a perfect match. Pathetic bunch of losers earning free salaries for loitering around the campus and showing off.

It’s time the management does an audit on the recruiters at ServiceNow Hyderabad. No ethics, no responses to candidates. Do look at the interviews tab in Glassdoor to see how pathetic candidates are feeling after an interview at Servicenow.
