ServiceNow Recruiters - India. Grow up guys!! Stop wasting time of candidates when you don’t want to hire in the first place !!!!

The most incompetent recruiters I have seen in my 10+ years of experience. They do not respond to internal employee referrals nor in Linkedin. Not even sure why they post jobs on their portal when they outright archive the applications after 2-3 months without even reviewing the resumes when they are a perfect match. Pathetic bunch of losers earning free salaries for loitering around the campus and showing off.
