I am currently looking for a job switch. I have 4 years of experience as QA (Functional and API) majorly in the ServiceNow space.

I have expertise in various areas of ServiceNow like ITSM, CSM, SIR, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, TPRM (knowledge). I have also led the QA team for the ServiceNow upgrade and is proficient with ServiceNow ATF.

Tools- Postman, SQL, Azure DevOps
