ServiceNow Developer Salary

I have been working as a ServiceNow Developer for about 3 years now, currently have a CTC around 10LPA. I am looking for a job switch in the same domain, how much CTC should I expect? What are the current market standards for this role and YOE? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
