I have 2 job offers currently with my 1 year of experience in the ServiceNow domain. 1. Analyst role - Big4. 2. Startup - software engineer.

Benefits of Deloitte: Hybrid policy, pf, medical, and in hand salary 50,000 inrafter cuttings

Benefits of start up: Completely remote, if I'm bored at my place I can book a train and go to Manali and work from there Also here my in hand salary is 54,500 inr and no cuttins. But big disadvantage is there is not tax cuttings or PF. If I choose startup will it effect my career in long run regarding PF? What you guys will suggest and why?
