I have a problem with my service history, there is an issue of service overlap due to the wrong exit date, I joined company A and for some personal reasons I left the company and joined company B but I have not worked on 2 places at the same time but now if I want to join another company my BGV is failing due to service overlap, is there any solution to correct this date, because I'm already talking to company A and they are asking for some amount to pay still they will not correct the date only they will provide the experience letter with wrong exit date.
You need to ask an old employer to adjust date or you can change in epfo portal by uploading necessary documents like relieving letter etc
I don't have any documents as it was not considered by the employer, I'm now asking them to correct but they are saying that in the experience letter it can't be changed Even if I'm ready to pay the FNF
