Service Overlap
I resigned from Capgemini as I got the offer. I was very excited to join the new organisation. When I joined the new organisation in there BGV process they found service overlap. And then they asked me to resign. Now I got to know that every IT company is checking service history in EPFO portal. Will I consider my career is in danger?? I'll not get any job now in IT ? Before Capgemini I was absconded from one organisation and that is causing and service overlap with Capgemini in EPFO. I am the only source of income for my Family. Please suggest what I can do in such scenario ?

Please contact the previous company hr, request them for getting the correct service. They will make you fill a joint declaration form, and fill details in the online epfo portal. They will require docs like self attested copy of aadhar,pan and cancelled cheque and then submit documents in relevant pf office.
Pf guys will verify your request and correct details.
Bro in writing it seems like an easy process but it is not so... Most of hr people don't know these processes. Secondly pf is the most sarakari agency. It all will depend on your networking and follow up
