I have resigned from CG because I have an offer and then when I joined new organisation in BGV process then found service overlap. And they asked me to resign. What can I do in such situations. Also if this issue will occur in any organisation will my career will be in danger, and I'll not get any job now onwards??

You should highlight this service history before joining any organisation if they are ok with this then only join otherwise find other organisations who are ok with this. This is happening now a days overlapping of few days they considering as a double employment
