I have a doubt regarding the issue in PF..IF the employee has service overlap of 1 years out of 7 years in an MNC ..can he/ she can join other companies or it's an end to there career

A fraud has created pf account without my knowledge...for which I lost my job ..no one really want to loose there jobs by doing dual jobs..plz suggest if you have any guidance to overcome

Service overlap? It's not a game of cricket, it's your career. Don't play with it. Overlaps are for lazy people. Why can't you be honest? Kya aapko apne career ki kadar nahi hai?
