Service Certificate

My last working day was August 8th, and it has been over a month since then. However, I have not yet received my service certificate and relieving letter. I have raised a ticket but have not received any response so far. Could you please let me know whom I should contact to resolve this issue?

Send a mail to separation hr first, one he is confirmed no pending due. Download the mail and raise the request in tcs alumni portal with attachment. Check the ticket daily

I got my ffs then what about any pending due they can deduct if there is any issue

There is no issues, if you raise the request, they will close the request and mentioned due to pending. So before you drop the mail hr and confirm no pending from your side.

Oh so this is happening with lot of associates? Can't understand what is holding them from providing the documents atleast. I got released 2 weeks back and still waiting. I am dropping email after email to separation HR.
