Service based (WFH, same skills) or GGC(relocation, but new tools and technologies), Which one to Join?
Both providing the same package, you can say on the higher side as per my exp. I got the offer from GGC first, and if I join that then I have to relocate for that. And, Service based is okay to match the offer and also okay to provide work from home. With GGC, exposure to new tools and technologies will come and also better Job stability & security. AND, with Service based, more current savings , more comfort, staying close to parents but less Job stability.
Btw may I know the full form for GCC?

Adding to the Lancer's point, just for example, we have some client accounts in TCS like Johnson&Johnson, JP Morgan, Lloyds Banking Group, etc They have few limited centres in India where you have the opportunity to work directly as their permanent employee and these centres are referred to as GCC
WFH sounds tempting and helps with family and personal life but unless that is a critical need, i would choose the 2nd.

GCC will have better pay than service based. You need to be financially stable as year on year pass. Location is going to be fine and you get more exposure in the long term. And you are adaptable to many future opportunities once you move to a different location. If you stuck in same location eventually you will not grow in long term
