Service based vs Product based
Hi all,
Want to know your opinion on which is better, Service based company or Product based? If you could please tell me the Pros and Cons of each it would be very helpful!

Product based I would say all-time best. Pros:
- Good brand value on resume.
- Good competitive pay
- If it has a global presence, good exposure to that.
- Usually good bonuses or perks if the company performs well.
- Values actual worth of employees (won't tag you to a different skill set as per client requirement)
