Seriously what do people even do after 6 PM?

I log off from work. Laptop shut. And then nothing. Just pure emptiness.

I sit on my couch. Open Instagram. Scroll reels for 2 hours. Close it. Open Netflix. Watch some random crap I don't even care about. Order Swiggy. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.

It is driving me insane yaar. I have a decent CTC. My org is pretty chill with timings right now. But my brain is literally rotting. I feel like a zombie. Weekends are exactly the same just stretched over 48 hours.

I need something to do. Real things. Not screen time. Gym is already done in the morning so don't suggest that. And please don't tell me to upskill or do leetcode Idk man I just can't look at another screen after 6. My eyes literally burn.

What do you guys actually do? Like how are people living real lives outside of office? Ngl I feel so hollow lately. Need some actual hobby ideas before I lose my mind completely. Bhai anything that doesn't involve a display. Please.

Go and work from Mountains. Once you are done for the day, explore local villages, nearby market, spend time with local people. You will start loving that and once you start loving then there is no U turn. Trust me.

Go out for random strolls, explore different places of the city If you have a partner you guys can do a lot of stuff together like badminton, pottery classes, solving puzzles If you are single try meeting new people, dating apps helps I know it’s a little artificial but it’s good to know new people and see what do you like in a person

Personally I’m big in gaming too but you mentioned no screen, but yeah if you are single do meet new people, after a point of life life does feel like that totally understand the brain rotting thing

Can also read a lot if you have time, I generally read a book or two a month
