it can be done for both husband and wife with agreement from both parties. It will be awkward initially but can be normalised and become a standard practice after some years. Atleast it will save a big percentage of innocent lives.

Tbh, there is no analysis on the earth / solution except a deep check by a psychiatrist that can reveal how these people think. So the risk would always be there.
