genpact vs deloitte
My friend is working in Genpact and has asked me to join. He always praises the company, but I think its because he wants me to join. I also got an offer from Deloitte. Which company should I choose? Which is better?
What is growth opportunities in Genpact, also what is the bench period in Genpact. And do they fire people.
The hike is very bad in most cases. Usually 3.5 to 5% . But if you're very good , then it'll be 10% at max.
After a project, you'll be moved to the bench. They will call you for 2-3 projects themselves. If you don't like those projects and say no to those projects. You will have to find projects your own. You'll have 2 months. After that they will give you a bench letter. After receiving a bench letter you will have 3 months . If you don't find a new project within those (2+3 months) you'll be fired
I think 5 months is enough to prepare and find a new job though and get free salary as well
