
Serious Concerns Regarding RMG Office Infrastructure and Support
I would like to bring to your attention the extremely poor condition of the RMG office in Bangalore. There are several critical issues affecting productivity and morale:

Lack of Basic Seating Facilities: There are not enough proper seats to accommodate employees, especially for long working hours (7–9 hours daily).

No Charging Points: There are almost no accessible charging points for laptops and mobile devices, which directly hampers work.

No Mobile Network: There is no mobile network signal inside the office, which results in missed client calls and difficulty in communication.

No Support from RMG Team: The RMG team offers little to no support, even when escalations are made. It becomes extremely frustrating when basic issues are ignored.

First thing TCS needs to do is layoff the whole RMG Team

Better to post this in knome, I don't know why those unallocated people are not even posting their concerns related to RMGs if they are not helping at all

Buddy, this is not the time of raising infra concerns where job itself is at stake.
