September quarterly pay
September pay slip will have quarterly pay ? I joined on July 25, and there is not no quarterly pay component in my pay slip. Is it paid seperately?
Same here, no QVA component even though fully attended office for June, July , August and September.
Even my WFO is showing 100%
Generally qva is paid with the quarter end month salary ?

TCS will declare the Quarterly results on Oct -11 after that 2nd quarterly pay will be paid in October salary.
You will get approx 2/3rd (pro rated since you joined on 25th July) of your QVA component in Oct month salary. Any further deduction is based on you and your unit’s performance.
Quarter is not decided on the month each employee has joined. So june july aug is not a quarter. July aug and sept will be the 2nd quarter of current financial year. Qva ia paid only after TCS decalres it quarterly results. And it happens in first week of next month i.e Oct. So after the results QVA is added to next month salary i.e Oct, Jan, April, July respectively. I think that is all the relevant information to add for QVA.
Anyone know about quarterly pay when and how it will be paid ?
