Trending @Accenture; SEPTEMBER PROMOTION!!

Just one question why have they declared the September promotion so early in august and for many they have said wait for 22nd August for ABCD discussion?

Does this mean no promotion for them?

What's the use of promotion with getting 13% hike only... Whereas they have given hikes upto 20-25% for those who got only hikes

I think if salary is already is already high for the band promotion has been given giving less hike, speacial increment without promotion worked as market correct as already they are at low salary

At Accenture, promotions generally happen in four cycles — November, February, May, and September. Among these, May and November are considered the main cycles, and this has been the standard practice for years. Employees who do not get promoted during the main cycles usually receive it in February or September. However, in the last 1.5 years, promotions during the February and September cycles have not taken place

February and September promotions still happen but are very limited. A colleague of mine has been informed of promotion to SSE last week.
