From Security and i can confirm that no hikes in december if you got anything on June this year.

Doesn't sound logical. Everyone got some hike in June, even if it was miniscule. Does that mean no one gets a hike in December? Having said that, November is a bonus cycle and June is the main Promotion+ Hike cycle, so only high performing/ key individuals might receive a hike in December.
