Hi Team,
I have an offer from Abc company and i told them that i have notice period of one month as i am in probation but when i initiated the separation it giving me date after 3 months.
How can i handle this situation? how can i inform to the company that i have 3 month notice period in Infosys?
Its 3 months even during probation. If you are in project its difficult to get early release. You can discuss with your manager for early release and ask if you can buy the notice period. Intimate to new company about your 3 months notice period and ask them to extend the joining date. Meanwhile look for other offers.
