Seperation process

My base location is Hyderabad, but I am working from Bangalore location, also my current location in the portal is Bangalore.

But my separation officer is from Hyderabad, asking me to all process and submission in hyd.

Can I submit my id and laptop in the Bangalore location? Where i cannot travel to Hyderabad.
