Separation Process in TCS

What's the process to initiate separation in TCS. Where can I find my LWD, and if I take leaves during notice period will it increase my LWD.

Just send mail to your manager,HR and then you will get acknowledgement from separation team, you can take sick leaves but earned leaves,casual leaves will extend your LWD
