Separation Process
Hello All,
I have put down the papers on 20th June. Immediately my manager has initiated the separation process. I only received an automated mail from the Separation administration team on the same day. After that I have not received any confirmation mail for my LWD. The Italent application is not opening for me. I raised an Ultimatix ticket and got the update that separation is initiated and pending with Second Level Approver. I have sent mails to HR for my LWD confirmation as this is needed by my new employer for a DOJ change, but no one is responding to this. Could anyone let me know what I should do now.
Your lady will be 90 days from the date you put notice irrespective of acceptance by the manager. Connect with yoir Hr for more info about the approval process.
Go to Ultimatix and type exit interview, it will guide you to that portal
There you can see your LWD
I went to Ultimatix->Italent->Separation. After Separation, I am not seeing anything Only the page is getting loading
They won’t mention last working till last 2 weeks you need to calculate and mention date and project manager needs to mention separation date as last working date check with you project manager what date he has mentioned if he is not sharing try like to ask for early release then they will tell it is freezed and date too
For me 90th day was Saturday 5th July I told 4th July should be working day Hr discussion time they agreed and had put 4th July only
