Trending @Infosys; Separation letter

I have initiated eseparation and get approval from manager. You know we didn’t get any letter after approving from manager. We get letters only when we clear all the phases. Then what document shoudl I need to send to new employer for current employer resignation acceptance letter?

Hey , I have a question here @thecoder . I had intiated the separation process as well 8 days back . It is in verification pending with hr . But didnot get any hr details there . Also , I asked manager about the hr but he said there will be certain deadlines , upon reaching request will be approved .

Is that true ?

BPHR will contact you within month, If you need details early u can ask BPHR details from your manager. BPHR will move to validation phase to approvel phase. Then you can get approval from your manager.

I have some questions and want to speak to BPHR. But I am not sure where to check the HR details. I asked my manager but he did not disclose . The just ignore my question saying you don't have to worry about that.

Hi, Our notice period starts when Manager and BPHR approves our separation or it starts when we initiate separation process

You’d have got an email that your e-sep is initiated. You can share that as proof of resignation.

Once you raise separation within a month HR will connect & do HR validations, that stage will be completed later your manager is the approver 1 once he approved your DM is your approver 2 once approved you can check

BPHR guys are the one who shoots mails about events happening within your unit. That way you can find one. If not you can reach out to hr department in your DC and there will be one sitting for your unit as well.
