Separation acceptance.

Does anyone have an idea why this is not yet approved. How to proceed this further. Please help.
Check second level supervisor
I asked the manager whether to ask my 2nd level supervisor to approve it. She refused saying that the 2nd level supervisor is GL and cannot ask him to approve like that. I don't understand what's happening. My new organisation is asking for an acceptance letter. Worst TCS
Contact you HR directly and if the HR doesn't reply just go to the next level until you get a response
Keep the supervisor of your HRBP in the email chain, and if response not received, escalate to one more level And don't worry, as per the Separation Policy , you have to ensure HR clearance is completed at least 20 days prior to your Date of Release.
Btw have you got Resignation Acceptance email?
No, only the separation acknowledgement mail came. I need the separation acknowledgement mail now. I asked many times but neither my manager nor my hr responded. Feeling helpless

Ideally you should go by the hierarchy. If it doesn’t help then next level should do.
