I have initiated separation, my new employer wants acceptance letter in 3-4 days. I am trying to connect BPHR but she is not responding properly. What should I do now? Otherwise new employer will reject my candidature.
Dude, call them. They will never respond to messages. Call them on teams directly. Same situation was for me. No response on messages. Then I started calling directly.
when did you resign ? usually manager will not approve the resignation, it will be auto approved in certain num of days. share the resignation email to your new employer.
Send the screenshot of e-separation to the new company. Inform the resignation acceptance is received only on the last working day
Acceptance letter is issued on the last working day of Infosys, that is the POLICY
Inform this to your new employer and tell him that you can provide him/ her with e separation mail
Once you raise separation within a month HR will connect & do HR validations, that stage will be completed later your manager is the approver 1 once he approved your DM is your approver 2 once approved you can check
I have initiated an e-separation on 13th March but till now did not get any call from manager
