Separation

Hi all, I have resigned 2 months back and only 1 month left in my notice period. Still the 2nd level of separation approval has not done. It is just initiated and received separation acknowledgement mail alone. LWD details and acceptance is not yet provided, no separation officer assigned. No proper response from my 1st level manager and HR. How to proceed this?
