Take copy of all your imp docs from my documents - salary slip, pension, prov fund, uan, tax dixs etc. Download health insurance policy continuation letter from ultimatix. Ensure all leaves, comp off etc are taken care. Also, ensure all address details etc are updated properly in ultimatix before you leave .
