I saw many ppl other than lvl 11,12 getting promoted effective sep 1. Isn't sep only for Associates who cleared techleap/default promotion.

For technology area, only L12 to L11 (default promotions), for operations we have promotions across all levels.

By default promotion will be there. There is no pause for that.

I thought default promotion is only for lvl 12 to lvl 11.
And no default promotion after that...

I got default promotion after 2 years now level 11

Only sub level people got promotion and hike. That is default promotion

Check for ATCI. Most of other level promotions are outside India. The rest of them in India might have been some critical skills. There are always outliers.
