Trending @Accenture; Sep/Dec 2025 hikes or promotions

I am hearing some news around the corner that there are going to be some hikes/promotions in sep/dec.

I am at SE level from past 32 months . I got 3 % and 3% in dec 2024 & june 2025

Can i expect a hike or promotion in sep/dec 2025?
