Trending @Cognizant; Sep 30 joiners promotion query PA to A.

I have joined Cognizant on Sep 30,2022. I have seen few mails where user posted the confirmation should be given before SEP 20. Do my manager will also receive the mail? As I will be completing 2 years on SEP 30 or will be promoted in next cycle. And also please help me with letting me know when will be the another cycle?
