Hi All,

I got promoted in the September cycle from level 10 to 9 after a long wait of more than 2 years, today only my lead shared the information. I got only a 13% pay increase, but the default is 25%. Is it the same across all the projects?

Default it was 15.36% earlier, but the new standard is 13%. I'm not sure who told you 25%.

If it's the December cycle you'll get little more along with default hikes. However, in December you might expect little... But since, the situation is not good in the IT industry I can't assure.

Ok, I guess there will not be any hikes in December for me. For this itself I have to struggle for two years.

25% is not by default, things have changed and hike is decided on the scenario basis
