Seniors please help me
Hello sir/ma'am. I am bit frustrated with my job. I did btech then prepared for govt jobs for 3 years haven't cleared anything. Then did masters got job in data science field. Now in the company where I'm working everything seems so unstructured. The guy who is guiding me has very less years of experience. Never gave proper guidance. Everything he is saying try to use ai in a good way. I have started learning from.basics. but it's taking me time and company work is also there. And they are working in a very fast manner. Then that comparison is also coming when I will be able to reach there people will go to higher skills. What should I do. But in this way I'm not able to learn anything. Is this the way corporate works anyhow u have to give output?
You explained everything while saying nothing. What field are you working on? What tools/technologies do you use at work? Where do you think you are llacking?
It's not like one thing sir many things are going on simultaneously. I did feature engineering using sql. Then python for models preprocessing. But building ml pipeline they did some work without telling me. And when I asked they are saying you can also do with ai. On gcp we are working. And now they gave me the sre work.and i don't know anything.
