Seniors acting out. 😂
Yesterday one of my seniors told me if he has to keep following up with me I should give him my salary. This is day 2 of my project onboarding and the context was a misunderstanding on my end because I am new to the process. Poor guy thinks being an a**hole will somehow scare me into working better. 😂 For anyone going through this in TCS, laugh it off bro! Their life is probably way worse than yours.
Yes their life is indeed worse than yours, so have some pity 😂
No pity at all! They deserve it. It's just sad that most of these people who have spent 20 years+ in the company give out the same treatment they get.
The red tape and beaurecracy is too real in TCS. Often I've seen 20+ years people even with good intentions getting stuck with shitty leaders.
Just say "chal maloom hai apne baap ko mat sikha" and move on
