I have reached the last round for Senior UX designer at Microsoft. Can anyone help me with the salary expectation for 6 yr experience designer in microsoft? Current company SAP current CTC 23LPA Would help me to negotiate better with HR. Thanks.

TBH, lately, their packages haven’t been as good as they used to be, before. And several smaller good companies are giving good packages to UX folks. You may join MS for reputation though.
