What's happening in Infosys I'm eligible to get promoted from Senior Systems Associate to System Engineer. My manager is saying he nominate my name in April quarter but it is not done and he is not telling the reason also.
Do anyone else facing the same problem ?

Just being nominated doesn't guarantee a promotion. Promotions/hikes are not happening properly now at Infosys due to financial issues.
Start looking outside

Promotions can be a bit unpredictable sometimes. Keep nudging your manager politely, maybe he's just caught up with other things
