Senior PM position at Western union

Getting an offer from Western Union Pune.

Profile: ~7 yoe, ~3.5 in product

But the company is really lowballing on CTC, offering almost just as much as current company and saying that we can't go beyond this.

Overall, I am considering this offer due to personal reasons (closer to family).

Want to know 2 things:

1. any inputs on company culture/growth opportunities at Western union India?
2. Any suggestions on should I accept the offer/to negotiate better salary.
