Senior managers, have you received your Hike letters?

TCS is really making me go nuts. At first, no hike in the first year, they gave a flowery name as FAV. Second year, my leaders promised me an A but gave me a B. For everything they don't have funds but the new sick management is more focused to cut QVA for any reasons without worrying too much about employees and now I am yet to see my Hike letters. I have worked with many corporates before, but I can confidently say, TCS is the worst.

That's for sureee & they keep basket of charity box from employees. Got money to pay dividends of 28rs per share with a deducted QPA money.. Forcing to come to office & my project without shame telling us to work in office with own personal mobile network. DISGUSTING!!!!!

I am empathetic but At least you guys are getting 100% QVA, SDM's are not even getting 40% since Mr. Kirthivasan has taken over. No bonus, No Hike letters till now, spending money to commute to the office and slogging for hours.

Same boat sir.. I also got 45% QVA.. No hike letter rejected many offers in end of 2022 thinking of flexible working in TCS to have balanced work life balance. Then everything reversed in last 1 year..

I have completed 5600 points in 2 yrs, 7 CM's, 2 unit awards, Silver and Gold mentor, Agile champion, 1.99 t factor, joined a project from -5% to 56% in 3 quarters and made it sustainable, reduced 250+ seater team to 50 seater only, with multiple client appreciation and 5 Star of the month awards. This is my report card in 2 yrs and now management says I am not a role model bcoz I did not go to office.
My teams were operating across different locations and I had no team members in my location, tell me what value addition would that have made going to office and that too with that shitty internet.

I couldn't agree more..I too have taken a pay cut for 6 months even though I was working for a US Client in odd hours. HRs in TCS are prejudiced to support managers. Despite evidence, HRs blindfold themselves to now acknowledge the matter and look for reasons to deduct pay.

Agree 💯. Until n unless they do proper scrutiny of all the old timers who are staying here for more than 10 years and remove the major onsite junk from that category, it will never improve and will become worse day by day from the current situation which is already the worst* as many claim.

80% of them are egoist, rude, lack of skills, surviving as they have their own eco system created based on same region, village,caste, langauge, sycophancy... They also think that nobody can touch them and will always try to tourcher and harrass new joiners coming from other org. They have lost all their technical skills as they never try to learn/enhance their skills. Many have their parallel businessesp. If u check the attrition data, it will have more ppl joined within last 8-10 years.

Regarding 5 days WFO, many teams and individuals are still working from home without any valid reasons or requirments even though they have permanent seats allocated to them whereas others dont have any seats and working from open space, cafeteria, lobby etc with their own mobile internet. Policy sud be same for everyone across organization.Why onsite ppl are not working from office? Are they different people or alien? same reasons and rules should be applicable to them if the org. claims that they are a global MNC. Other MNCs have same WFO policies across geography, countires, region.

The list goes on ....

At least you have a good package, Those who are in TCS for more than 12 years their year of experience is higher than salary. I saw 18 years experience in person getting 15 lakh package as C3B level

Mostly by the 2nd week of June... But don't be very hopeful, as it would be 1-2%, depending upon your salary.
