Senior Growth Marketeer with 40 LPA fixed plus ESOPs

Overall 12 years experience(10 years post MBA from top 15 b-schools). Is 40LPA low, because I kind of feel so. Have ESOPs worth 50 lakhs. Have only around 4 years of experience into growth marketing. Rest was majorly in Consulting and FMCG sales. Currently looking to break out to PM role.

That’s true, but the consulting experience needs to be considered if not the FMCG sales experience.
Scaled user growth and engagement, drove retention majorly. Worked at startups which didn’t have revenue growth metric, atleast when I was working with then
