How can I get rid of the 3 months notice period ? I recently got into a new project and if I want to exit the company now, will the manager let me, without any notice or maximum one month of notice period. Also, I’m hearing a lot about notice period buyout option. What’s that and is it applicable in every scenario or are there T&C ?
