Trending @Accenture; Senior Consultant v/s Specialist in LTIMindtree
Hi Everyone,
I am having 5.7 years of experience. I am going to get an offer from LTIMindtree. I am not sure based on my experience which designation should I ask from them. Also, I am holding an offer of 17.25 LPA from TCS for IT Analyst position. Can someone help me on what should I tell them as my expected CTC and what should be the minimum for which I can negotiate? P.S.: My last working day is 30th September
I was Senior Consultant in LTIM with that experience. Joined as L9 in Accenture with that same experience.
Specialist is P3 role Which is one step above Senior Software engineer and Ltimindtree offers upto 32 LPA for P3 role, that's the max i heard of and you can demand atleast 23 to 25 excluding Variable pay. Senior consultant would be for Consultant role like SAP. Conclusion Specialist is higher role than Senior consultant.
