What is the eligibility criteria to promote senior consultant to lead consultant and how much hike can be expected?

Min 2 years required as SCON but that is rare. 3 yrs if you are very good. 4+year if average. Hike is normally 17-18%. But 50% of that amount goes to the increased variable pay. So effectively hike in fixed salary is 7-8% only
