Do EY really retain there employee? Let’s say I got a offer and now I want to put down my paper due to low hike and no permotion in EY GDS. Will ET try to retain me ?
My exp. they do retain but bargain alot and no benefits major provided, better to move ahead
I feel answer varies for each case. Not sure about GDS. But in normal client facing team, my friend was told that he/ she will be promoted next year. Although I have seen multiple times that putting pressure doesn't work. Org's ego is always bigger than individual's ego.
