Senior consultant at Deloitte India in SCNO practice

I have 8 years of experience in consulting and 1 year with Deloitte in SCNO. Current CTC is 22 LPA + 10% variable. Am I underpaid?

Since you are already Senior consultant you may get market adjustment done.

But it will be a problem for consultant with same exp and skillset
