I have also seen my senior consultant sir works on 3-4 projects at same time ...I am working on night shifts so he work in day also he work mostly by 3 am ...as it's migration project so no any weekend or comp off... Please tell the culture in your company as We working on SAP BASIS migration conversion projects.
