Trending @Infosys; Senior Consultant -Salary

Hi everyone, I need some guidance on salary revision. I joined Infosys in Sept 2022, and my first hike came in Feb 2025, which was only around 5%( commendable rating for both years)

As a Senior Consultant, does Infosys allow requesting a salary revision based on role, skills, and market standards? Also, what is the expected salary range for Senior Consultants currently?

Would appreciate any insights or experiences from others. Thanks!
