Senior colleague torturing me when I go late.

Senior colleague in my team start to ask me if i get late for the office and say it loudly in front of the manager also.

How to handle this ?

Maybe take it up with the person politely and ask as to what drove him to that conclusion and gently put as if asking innocently did the manager ever mention that to him or did he hear something? It might be that he was being scolded about something and he redirected the attention to you to escape the matter .
