Senior associate L1 at publicis sapient

Hi all, I have cleared interview at publicis sapient as senior associate L1. What should be my expected salary? Should I really join? Like are there any pros and cons. I have heard there is no increment since 2 years? Is this true? I am looking for job in data engineering domain in ncr location. Let me know if you or anyone you know can help..
